Qualifications and Experience
- BSc (Hons) Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Biological Sciences or equivalent

Duties and Responsibilities
- Performs production activities in accordance with volume fluctuation, and effective procedures.
- Works to support production units by consistently providing required materials in a timely manner.
- Identifies production issues and relays them to the leadership team.
- Ensures all required paperwork is complete, accurate, and done in a timely manner to ensure accurate inventory.
- Completes tasks and corresponding documentation as required by current good manufacturing practice.

Post A: Laboratory Technician (1 Post).
Qualifications and Experience
- National / Advanced Diploma in Biological or Laboratory Sciences or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree in Anatomy, Biological or Laboratory Sciences or equivalent / Work experience in histology, gross anatomy, pathology, and the veterinary or medical laboratory would be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work with cadaveric material.
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate would be required, among other duties, to:
- Assist undergraduate medical students during histology and gross anatomy practicals.
- Demonstrate and conduct laboratory procedures in both histology and gross anatomy laboratories.
- Calibrate, clean and maintain laboratory and teaching equipment.
- Order and maintain laboratory stock and resources.
- Provide technical support for research and students.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety procedures within the anatomy laboratories.

DEPUTY BURSAR, ACCOUNTING AND FINANCE
The Deputy Bursar for Accounting and Finance is a senior role in the University and plays a key part in the financial management of university resources. The incumbent will report to the University Bursar.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor of Accountancy Honours Degree or equivalent,
- A Commerce-related master’s degree such as MBA, MComm.
- Fully completed professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CA, or CIS
- Five years of accounting experience in a large organization with at least two years in a senior management position
- Knowledge of computerized accounting systems/packages will be a definite advantage
- Applicants should be Registered Public Accountants

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Production of accurate financial reports and information as required by Management, the University Council and its Committees.
- Assisting the Bursar in formulating and managing of institution’s budget.

- Supervising the scrutiny of monthly statements and distribution of the same to the department to ensure adherence to budget.
- Recommending appropriate financial accounting systems.
- Managing University cash flows, investment portfolio, insurance portfolio and non-current assets.
- Development and enforcement of internal controls and systems.
- Responding to all audit observations and queries.
- Training and supervising junior staff.
