Digital Content Writer – HIV and Sexual Health

Person Specification

•A degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or equivalent

•A relevant Master’s degree is an added advantage 

•At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience developing creative digital content for the web, social and mobile apps, including a strong track record of producing substantive written content. 

•Understanding of human-centred design approaches.

•Experience carrying out information research, with the ability to analyse information and summarise key facts.

•A good working knowledge of SEO.

•Experience writing to the tone of voice guidelines.

•Experience in using content management systems.

•A keen interest in exploring new ideas in digital communications.

•Good organisation skills

District Community Coordinator DCC – Bulilima

Person Specification

•Diploma/degree in nursing AND registered as a Registered General Nurse with the Nurses Council of Zimbabwe

•Diploma in community nursing or qualification in project management, health services administration or similar will be an added advantage

•At least 3 years experience in the clinical management of HIV and TB/HIV at the public health facility level

•Completed course in Advanced HIV and AIDS Managed preferred

•At least 5 years experience in HIV and TB/HIV programs management at the district level within the NGO technical assistance environment or as a district community nurse within MOHCC

•Demonstrable technical and clinical knowledge in Adult and Pediatric HIV Care and Treatment, including Cervical Cancer Screening, Mental Health, DREAMS and Quality Improvement

•Familiarity with MOHCC guidelines for COVID-19, Community Health Strategy, HIV Prevention Care and Treatment, Cervical Cancer Screening and Treatment and Tuberculosis is required

•Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and online collaboration technologies.

District Strategic, Information & Evaluation Officer – Matobo District

Person Specification

•A quantitative bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, M&E AND a completed program in health sciences/public health/HIV programs, OR

•A bachelor’s degree in public health, health sciences, operations research AND a completed program in a quantitative area (M&E, biostatistics)

•A master’s degree in epidemiology, public health, biostatistics, M&E or similar will be an added advantage

•Minimum of three years experience and demonstrated practical skills in monitoring HIV and AIDS, TB, care and support programs

•Demonstrate working knowledge of quantitative data collection systems in the MoHCC, including familiarity with processes of strengthening district-level M&E capacity, and data analysis using Advanced Excel, SAS, SPSS, STATA, Epi-Info, EpiData, or any other data analysis software

•Experience working with multiple stakeholders and familiarity with PEPFAR indicators and reporting requirements will be an added advantage
