Our client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a seasoned Sales Strategist who will be responsible for using their knowledge of company products or services to connect with consumers and generate sales for the employer.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
- Analyzing market trends to both understand key drivers of revenue performance and also forecast anomalies versus plan
- Bring innovative thinking and understanding of the target market
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully working with the sales team
- Designing and implementing strategic business plans that expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Sales and Marketing Degree, Master’s degree an added advantage
- Knowledge of the mining and construction industry
- At least 4 years of experience
