Black Coffee has transcended from the Mzansi celeb industry into an internationally recognized celeb.
He also gets to rub shoulders with the biggest international celebs as well.
His picture with singer, Alicia Keys certainly reminded fans that the DJ is a cut above the rest.
Black Coffee shared the throwback picture with Alicia Keys, wishing her a happy 40th birthday.
In the picture he is with Alicia and her music producer husband, Swizz Beats.
The DJ is friends with the couple and back in 2017, they once hung out together when he was touring Miami.
They have kept in touch ever since and the couple are also his number one fans
Black Coffee has worked with Alicia Keys before and he remixed her hit song, In Common, into a house track.
Despite his super busy schedule, the DJ always finds time with his family.
Earlier in January, the singer took a sh’ot left with the men in his family and they seemed to have a great time.
Black Coffee, who had a very public divorce from his ex wife Enhle Mbali and had to shelve gigs because of Covid-19 lockdown, said it was good to take a break from his hectic schedule and use the time to self reflect.
I was going through a divorce and I had to wake up and go and not deal with me. I couldn’t sit down and look at what was my contribution to my loss.
“It’s really a blessing to be home and realise what I went through last year, I know I am a winner and I’m using this time to work on me.
He currently has a hit song, tearing up the airwaves, featuring international DJ, Diplo and Elderbrook, tittled ‘Never Forget’.
