Senior Manager: Human Resources

Preferred Qualification

  • A degree in Psychology/ Economics/ Accounting Degree
  • Additional Strategic Workforce Planning Certificates will be an added advantage.
  • MBA will be an added advantage.

Minimum Experience Level

  • At least 8 years of working experience in Human Resources, Business Strategy, and or Business Intelligence, 3 of which must be in a senior managerial position.

Technical / Professional Knowledge

  • sap HCM and /or other ERP Systems including scoping, blueprinting ,testing, etc
  • Principles of project management
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Leadership Skills

    SME Banker

    Preferred Qualification

    Business Studies/ Banking and Finance Degree

    Preferred Certifications

    IOBZ diploma will be an added advantage

    Minimum Experience Level

    At least 3 years’ experience in a Banking environment of which two must be in a credit related role.1-2 years’ experience in a customer service and/or sales environment, in a financial institution
