Earthmoving Mechanics apprenticeship
Minimum requirements
- At least four N2 subjects and particular knowledge and theory of trade subject in Engineering drawing and science, mathematics, Diesel trade theory and industrial electronics
OR
- A National Vocational Certificate, (NVC) Level 3 Engineering-related design with at least seven subjects in Automotive
OR
- Grade 12 passes in Maths, engineering and other science subjects
- A good physical state is a requirement by the nature of the job, candidates must be prepared to go through medical and other physical tests
- Valid driver’s licence (EB 08)
- Candidates to be living within the 50km radius of the Bell customer services centre from the specific location
- Previous working experience in engineering will be an added advantage
- Any completed hand skills training will be an added advantage

Requirements
At least four N2 subjects and particular knowledge and theory of trade subject in Engineering drawing and science, mathematics, Diesel trade theory, industrial electronics and electrotechnics
Good physical condition as determined by passing the physical and medical tests
Candidates are expected to pass the ABET level 4 assessment (Numeracy and Literacy)
Experience in the engineering field will be added advantage
