Required qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large scale youth-focused programs, preferably for an international organization;
Very good knowledge of the wide variety of youth development and support approaches and programs;
Proven track record of applying creativity and youth positive development principles in working with youth; and
Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to transfer skills and knowledge to beneficiaries.
Desired qualifications
Master’s degree in social sciences or related field.
