Background

Insiza Godlwayo AIDS Council (IGAC) is implementing the Pathways OVC Project in Insiza and Lupane District in Matabeleland South and North Provinces. Pathways is funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) through Catholic Relief Services (CRS). The project is targeting the Orphaned and Vulnerable Children and their Caregivers through streamlined individual based interventions premised on the project four domains in Healthy, Safe, Stable and Schooled. IGAC is looking for suitably qualified individuals to fill in the above mentioned posts.

Objectives

Working closely with the MEAL Officer and Programs, the incumbent will be expected to primarily assist in the capturing of service delivery data into the database, generate, analyse and share reports for informed decision making.

Duties/Tasks/Responsibilities

Service delivery data entry through Pathways OVC Management Information System (POMIS database) Online system; Generate periodic activity, monthly and quarterly reports from Savings Group Management Information System (SAVIX) Online System in line with donor and organization expectations; Data collection, capturing and analysis of SILC data through the Savings Group Management Information System (SAVIX) Online System; Provide technical guidance to community cadres on service delivery; Filling and maintaining accurate records of source documents across all service delivery domains; Assist MEAL officer in projects data quality analysis, assessments and verification process; Carry out other tasks as assigned by MEAL officer.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences/ any relevant field; Proficiency in computers; Experience using MS Office package.
