Knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle
Knowledge of System Design principles and frameworks
Skills:
Communication (written and verbal)

Logical Reasoning
Adaptability and/or flexibility
Development skills in preferred technologies and frameworks (IBM iSeries / Microsoft .Net etc) - preferable
Previous experience within a financial services environment.
