FACULTY OF ENGINEERING AND GEOSCIENCES
DEPARTMENT OF FUELS AND ENERGY ENGINEERING
Qualifications
ND or HND in chemical Engineering/chemistry
A BTech/BEng/BSc Degree in Chemical/Chemistry Engineering will be an added advantage
Vast hands-on experience in workshop practice
At least 1 year of experience as a trainer or as an instructor at higher education and or tertiary education levels will be advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate would be required among other things to:-
Able to carry out chemical and chemistry lab work.(fuel testing, equipment and instruments testing)
Candidate should be well vested with workshop and lab work.
Able to set up apparatus for chemical reactions.
Assisting in developing and testing prototypes processes and systems.
Train students and conduct research and any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
