FACULTY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Department of Food Science and Nutrition Post: Technician / Senior Technician / Chief Technician (1post) Qualifications At least a National Diploma in Food Science or related field is a must. Bachelor of Technology in Food Science will be an added advantage. Working experience in a food laboratory environment a must. Duties and Responsibilities Preparation and conducting practical’s for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. Maintenance of food microbiology laboratory. Maintenance of food analysis laboratory. Managing inventory. Assisting in research.
