• 2 “A” Level passes plus 5 “O” Level passes including English and Mathematics
• A degree ,diploma in Marketing or business qualification is a must
• Other tertiary qualification would be an added advantage
• Experience in sales and marketing of insurance will be an added advantage
• Your own motor vehicle is an added advantage
• Energetic, self driven and ambitious
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
• Good personal grooming
• Computer literate
