We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the following position under the DREAMS program. Program Summary The Determined, Resilient, Empowered, AIDS-free, Mentored, and Safe women (DREAMS) program in Zimbabwe is focused on reducing new HIV infections amongst adolescent girls and young women (AGYW). The DREAMS program is being implemented in six priority high HIV burden districts in Zimbabwe i.e. Bulawayo, Chipinge, Gweru, Mazowe, Makoni, and Mutare. The DREAMS Program core package of interventions consists of social asset building, social protection, family and caregiver skills building, community norms activities that are complemented by provision of youth friendly sexual and reproductive health services. FHI360’s primary role in the DREAMS Program is to deliver a comprehensive curriculum on HIV prevention, gender norms and community norms targeted at AGYW in school, out of school and their sexual partners at community level. Position Summary The Strategic Information Evaluation (SIE) Manager supports the Director ME&L in all SIE activities for FHI 360 Zimbabwe Dreams project. S/he supports the Director ME&L on a shared platform across all FHI360 projects, in the provision of technical inputs to improve and facilitate the delivery of sound technical assistance in SIE. S/he collaborates closely with other major stakeholders in the implementation and improvement of the national M&E effort in Zimbabwe.
