A Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering plus a relevant Masters and PhD degree;three (3) years of service as Lecturer and satisfactory record of teaching, research and publication, and service to the academic and wider community; a cumulative record of seven (7) publications, four (4) of which must have been published since attaining the grade of Lecturer and at least three (3) of the publications must be refereed scholarly works. |
