Specification
To contribute to LEA’s performance by providing tactical and strategic consulting on human capital and organization development strategies in support of the business objectives. Will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: talent acquisition; employee relations consultation; policy interpretation and application, performance and compensation management consultation; and talent management consultation as well as providing assistance in organizational design; employee development initiatives and training.
The incumbent will work closely with the branch network and divisions to embed effective and efficient Human Capital processes, procedures, policies and systems across the Authority to achieve strategic goals through resource alignment. The position will provide support in all aspects of the employee life cycle and give guidance to line managers regarding development of their employee skills and continuous enhancement of people management practices within LEA.
Requirements
Education
A Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational or Industrial Development or any other related field.
Experience
Minimum of five years of post-qualification experience in the management of human capital.
Demonstrable work experience and knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, talent management, change management, employee engagement and respective employment laws.
