Senior Financial Accountant - Healthcare

Hills District Permanent $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 / annum 30 March 2020 The Company Our client is a fast-growing Australian Healthcare Business that has recently been brought by a private Equity Business. The company has an operating revenue over $15 million and has recently reestablished a Finance team to be based in Sydney and looking to in house their accounting Function. The company specializes within the Aged Care sector, creating specialist technologies and solutions to facilitate the operations of Aged Care, Nursing and retirement services. The company has a friendly and social working environment and have regular social events as the owners of the business take pride in their operations and value their staff. The Role The role will report to a Financial Controller and will look after 2 Accountants. This role will look after the Financial, Management and Operational capacities for the business and will ostensibly control the insourcing of the entire Finance Function into the Sydney office. This role will help to implement the new ERP System, BI tools and partner with the board to provide in depth commercial/operational information for the business. In this position you will be expected to implement Internal Controls and Risk functions. Other duties include - Preparation of consolidated reports - Tax and statutory reporting, GL recognition - Fixed Assets - cash flow forecasting - inventory analysis - Maintenance of AP/AR and Transactional Finance duties - Ad Hoc Project work Your Skills Experience - CPA or CA. - Strong Experience with Process improvement or Implementations - Exposure to working with SME - Strong communication skills and an ability to work with people with a non-finance background as these are predominately your stakeholders Robert Half Ltd is committed to equal opportunity and we value diversity at our company.
