Duties And Responsibilities
• Drives topline performance to achieve national sales volume and turnover targets
• Formulates and controls annual sales budgets and grows market share,
• Formulates sales and route to market strategies,
• Develops the business through new customer recruitment and new market,
• Optimizes sales team performance through facilitating team dynamics, implementing performance management, communicating effectively and developing self and team members,
• Customer relationship management.
Qualifications And Experience
• A good first degree in Animal Science, or equivalent agricultural qualification.
• Post graduate / professional qualification /MBA will be an added advantage.
• At least 10 years' relevant experience, 5 of which at senior management level.
