Risk Compliance Manager

Sydney CBD Permanent $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 / annum 3 April 2020 CBD based client is currently looking for a Risk Compliance Manager to join the ranks. Your role will cover both technology and business risk. Essentially embedding an uplift in Risk Culture. Your key function is to assist with the day to day management and oversight of the business and ensure relevant regulatory and compliance requirements are satisfied by implementing the Risk management Framework. Prior expertise with CPS 231 243 is essential. Skill set / Experience needed - - Prior expertise as a Risk Manager and/or Compliance Manager - Exposed to both technology and operational risk - Experienced in running an RCSA - Risk Control Self Assessment - Monitoring risk and perform Control Self-Assessment, identifying any issues / controls gaps and address root cause by improving controls - A solid technical background - experienced with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Planning - Creating a risk framework - Updating the risk profile - Identifying and creating appropriate controls and standard operating procedures and enhancement of existing risk monitoring - Conducting supplier assessments - Leading the review of outsourced providers systems and processes to ensure compliance with our standard operating procedures and risk control measures - Incident resolution - Coordination of Risk Workshops to assess emerging risks and other material risks - Proactively manage open issues including audit issues and incidents ensuring that the business is on track with remediation and providing timely responses - Risk reporting - Undertaking activities to ensure policies and procedures are appropriately embedded into business operations - Experienced working in the Financial Services and/or Superannuation space - Exposure to Cloud technology - Completing end to end processing for all raised incidents, including root cause analysis, systems and reporting, and post review - Experienced working a smaller, more fast paced, environment Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
