We are looking for a results driven Retail Manager to join our team. The Retail Manager will be responsible for the day to day operations at our store, driving sales, increasing profitability as well as maintaining an environment that promotes growth and development. The Job: 1. Developing business strategies to raise customer pool, expand store traffic, optimize profitability and increase market share. 2. Overseeing pricing structures and stock control systems. 3. Maximizing profitability and setting sales targets including motivating staff. 4. Dealing with customer queries, complaints and internal grievances. 5. Ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent service provision. 6. Producing weekly, monthly reports on buying trends, customer needs and profits. 7. Conduct staff performance appraisals and to assess training needs. 8. Managing budgets. 9. Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation. 10. Assist in recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, mentoring and disciplining employees.
