Relief Finance and Administration Officer:
Deadline: 13 January 2020
Education Coalition of Zimbabwe (ECOZI) seeks to engage a Relief Finance Officer for a period of 3 months. The Relief Finance and Administration Officer will be reporting to the National Coordinator.
Duties and responsibilities
- Preparation of budgets for approval and submission to donors
- Preparation and presentation of financial reports
- Preparation of bank reconciliations and monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Handling of petty cash
- Banking
- Preparation of payroll
- Receive, review and record requests for disbursements in accordance with policies and procedures
- Coordinate audits of company accounts and financial transactions to ensure compliance.
- Timely production of accurate financial reports thus capturing accounting transactions timely and accurately
- Statutory payments and remitting to relevant statutes. Qualifications & Experience
