Relief Finance and Administration Officer:  Deadline: 13 January 2020 Education Coalition of Zimbabwe (ECOZI) seeks to engage a Relief Finance Officer for a period of 3 months.  The Relief Finance and Administration Officer will be reporting to the National Coordinator. Duties and responsibilities
  • Preparation of budgets for approval  and submission to donors
  • Preparation and presentation of financial reports
  • Preparation of bank reconciliations and monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
  • Handling of petty cash
  • Banking
  • Preparation of payroll
  • Receive,  review  and record  requests for disbursements in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Coordinate audits of company accounts and financial transactions to ensure compliance.
  • Timely production of accurate financial reports thus capturing accounting transactions timely and accurately
  • Statutory payments and remitting to relevant statutes. Qualifications & Experience
Applicant should have a Degree in Accounting or Finance and should have at least two years working experience in the NGO sector.  Should be a self starter who is able to use Pastel Accounting Package
