Our client in the FMCG industry is looking for a Regional Sales Manager
Duties & Responsibilities
- Developing & implementing sales strategies and plans to meet revenue goals
- Plan for the achievement of divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company
- Recommend service and product enhancement
- Ensure the delivery of targets
- Meet with customers to discuss their needs
- Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities in region
- Prepare regular reports and conducting monthly meetings to review performance
- Design cross-selling programs and campaigns
- Organize training for new staff
- Prepare regular reports and conducting meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field
- At least 3 years managerial experience in sales within FMCG Industry
- Budget development
- Market knowledge
- Highly goal oriented
- Excellent presentation skills
- Profitability management
- Ability to manage records and information
- Ability to prospect and manage senior level relationships
