• Drive results, meeting/exceeding company KPI’s
• Oversee the operations for SmileShop locations
• Provide operational leadership, direction and guidance
• People work for people – use this philosophy consistently to grow careers and retain talent through development, teamwork, coaching and recognition within market
• Use Customer feedback to identify patterns to coach teams to further enhance their customer experience and grow their business
• Create an entrepreneurial, fast pace, and dynamic work environment that reflect the culture of SmileDirectClub
• Ensure all Shops within your area meet SmileDirectClub expectations for visual presentations, operational excellence and brand standards
• Ensure all company initiatives are being communicated and executed to SmileDirectClub expectations
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and People Support teams in recruiting, selection, development, and ongoing succession planning of top talent
• Develop a deep understanding of this unique business, which includes being proficient at the technical aspect of the SmileShop Manager and SmileGuide
• Represent the brand, mission and culture of SmileDirectClub

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field preferred
• A leader with proven results within their existing role, with demonstrated potential for increasing responsibility
• Self-motivated and solutions-oriented, with an entrepreneurial mindset
• History of creating cultures of exceptional customer experience and operational excellence through the execution of goals and objectives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Train and development diverse teams of talent
• Ability to quickly identify, assess and resolve opportunities and conflicts
• Proven ability to lead and facilitate change
• Excellent time management, organization and prioritization skills
• Set and achieve goals, and energize the team by encouraging team members to “stay curious”

• Able and willing to travel 50-75% of the time with overnight stays
