Qualifications and Experience
• Degree in Communication/ Media Studies/ Public Relations/ Journalism from a recognized institute of higher learning.
• A Master's Degree is an added advantage
• 5 years post qualification experience with a media house
• Clean Class 4 Driver's License
• Sound understanding of local authority operations and governance

• Good research skills
• Exceptional analytical skills
• Good written and oral communication
• High level of creative energy and result-oriented focus
• Ability to identify communication-related risks and opportunity
• High level of computer proficiency and advanced web design skills
• Sound knowledge of social media platforms
