Proposal Development Consultation Services: Zimbabwe Network of Early Childhood Development Actors (ZINECDA) Deadline: 30 July 2020 Zimbabwe Network of Early Childhood Development Actors (ZINECDA), working together with ECD Coalition of Malawi (ECDM) and Network of Early Childhood Development of Lesotho (NECDOL), is requesting for a 4 day workshop and later back-up full proposal development consultant for an Education Out Loud Operation Component (OC) 3 with funding manager OXFAM IBIS. The Coalition of the three countries submitted a successful concept note titled “Strengthened ECDE National and Transnational Networks and Civil Society Organisations for ECDE Policy Development” in Southern Africa now requiring a full proposal development. The successful applicant must be well versed with Education Out Loud proposal development, theory of change, results framework, monitoring matrix and budget development. The four day full proposal development workshop is scheduled for 10-13 August 2020 most likely through virtual facilitation for about 30 participants leading to a draft proposal framework. The consultant is to develop, in consultation with the client, a four day programme which will have the following outcomes Agreed theory of change for the EOL 3 concept note and full proposal; Agreed upon outcomes, outputs, and activities; Results and Risk management frameworks; Tentative budget
