Programs Intern: Grassroot Soccer Zimbabwe Deadline: 10 March 2020 Department: Programs Location: Head Office, Bulawayo Immediate Supervisor: Programs Manager Duration: 10 monthsDuties And Responsibilities
Deliver timely, well-written reports on all grants and other written program deliverables; Assist other departments in completing timely deliverables for reporting purposes; Acquire excellent understanding of GRS-Z programs content and vocabulary in order to write high-quality program reports; Acquire expert understanding of GRS-Z program deliverables and assist Programs manager in tracking deliverables to ensure they are met on time; Write donor reports for all GRS-Z grants using appropriate formats and meeting all reporting deadlines; Liaise with the Programs Manager in planning for and meeting all grant deliverables; Carry out field visit regularly to document (photos, video, and interviews) for reports; Monitor program progress and completion of program deliverables.Qualifications And Experience
Relevant degree; Strong knowledge of Comprehensive Sexual Reproductive health and Rights of adolescents and young people; Excellent English writing skills; Excellent Report writing skills; Excellent interpersonal skills; Strong organization and time management skills; Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple responsibilitiesTo apply
