Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
Degree in Humanitarian/Development related Discipline /Masters in a relevant field of study is an added advantage
Has minimum of 5 years NGO work, experience implementing multi-sectoral grants at middle management or senior management level in an INGO.
Strong policy analysis and advocating skills
Refugee protection background
Good budget management skills
Strong background in Humanitarian coordination with prior experience implementing UN funding.
Demonstrated ability to undertake high-level representation with donors, and government officials.
Experience delivering results, multitasking and managing staff in high-stress environment
Demonstrated expertise in fostering program learning, monitoring and evaluation.
