Qualifications And Experience
A degree in Social Sciences, Agriculture, Development Studies, or a related field from a recognized institution. A post graduate qualification will be an added advantage. At least 3 years of experience in the design and implementation of development projects implemented by national/international NGOs/UN bodies/ Government.
Key Competencies
Sensitivity to the needs and priorities of disadvantaged populations, Experience in integrating gender and diversity issues into Food Security and Livelihood Programmes. Assessment, Analytical and planning skills. Excellent communication skills (written and oral): Sensitivity and responsiveness to all partners, Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude, Ability to work well in a team, Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills
