Job Summary Applications from suitably qualified members are invited to fill the following posts: Duties And Responsibilities Reports to: Vice-Chancellor Duties and Responsibilities • Conserve the vice Chancellor's lime by technically screening. researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information, and inhaling telecommunications; • Establishing and maintaining Jolson with the mass media for information dissemination on matters of interest to the public, the students and staff concerning the University; • Responsible fa Technical support, confidential communication, coordination on of office tasks and protocol and special assignments; and • Any other duties as may be assigned by the Vice-Chancellor. Qualifications and Experience • At least a Master's Degree in Natural a Social Sciences field, Educational Administration or Public Administration. A Ph.D. qualification with proven writing and communication skills will be a distinct advantage; • Have Technical appreciation and understanding of the University's • Diverse disciplines > National and global development issues • Innovation systems • Financial, administrative and ICT issues and • Demonstrated research and Innovation experience. • Good motivator and team player Higher Education management systems • Five (5) years of relevant experience working in a senior administrative position; • Incumbent must be a distinctively computer literate and competent h the use of Information and Communication Technologies ( ICTs) • Experience in strategic planning, implementation, financial and human resources management, proven attributes of transparency, integrity and teamwork are essential components of the post
