Reporting to the Senior Procurement Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Country Office Procurement department to respond to the programs’ procurement requests. S/he will provide adequate procurement guidance to the user departments adhering to procurement, logistics and all other related GOAL policies and procedures
