Qualifications
A degree in a mining-related field is a must
A Masters degree is a must
Proven managerial ability with a minimum of 6 years at senior management level in the mining sector
Demonstratable knowledge of skills and processes in the mining value chain
Thorough understanding of training and people development initiatives in a mining setup is an added advantage
High level of tact and diplomacy
Be highly computer literate with good report writing skills
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skill
Thorough understanding of both Government and Private policies and procedures
