Description :

Qualifications And Experience 1. A degree from a recognised university in Rural and Urban Planning or equivalent 2. A postgraduate qualification in either Project Planning, GIS and/ or Real Estate 3. A relevant master's degree is an added advantage 4. At least four years post qualification experience in middle or senior management in a Local Authority a Local Government environment 5. At least 40 years old and mature 6. A citizen of Zimbabwe 7. A clean criminal record 8. A clean record of service within the local government fraternity 9. A class 4 driver's licence is a must
