QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12, Degree (NQF Level 7) / National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Auditing/ Public Administration/ Business Administration/ Human Resource Management (HRM) (with Performance Management System (PMS) module). NB: Qualification in Performance Management will be an added advantage. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: 2-3 years’ experience in Performance Management System within the Local Government sector. (Dealing with Individual Performance Management and Performance Management Auditing). In-depth understanding of knowledge of legislation governing Local Government.
