Qualification. Experience and Competences:
• Bachelors' Degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant Social Science degree.
• Diploma/ Certificate in Payroll Administration.
• At least three (3) years experience in payroll management.
• Good knowledge of the Belina Payroll System is an added advantage.
• Sound conceptual and analytical human resources management skills.
• Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP will be an added advantage.
