Qualifications And Experience
At least three years working on the job training
Interpersonal and communication skills
Sound negotiating skills
Trouble shooting and root cause analysis skills
Scenario planning, strategic insight and problem solving skills
Ability to identify, evaluate and address potentially volatile situations
Educational Qualifications & Personal Attributes
Degree in Chemistry or equivalent
Knowledge of paint technology would be an advantage
Should have knowledge in quality and OSHAS management systems
Knowledge in analysis and product testing
Have capability to present information in group meetings displaying listening skills and professional appearance
Self-motivation and ability to work under pressure
