Qualifications, skills and Experience;

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management;
• 5+ years previous experience in project management and/or construction operations;
• Journeyman or Master Electrician’s license a plus;
• Diploma or Degree in Project Management;
• Valid driver license.
• Project Management experience in electrical construction;
• Understand engineering in electric power;
• Deep understanding of solar energy systems;
• Ability to problem solve both personnel issues and project issues;
• Good record keeping and organizational skills;
• Operation monitoring and quality control analysis;
• Excellent coordination, time management, and multi-tasking;
• Extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take offs, change orders, and contracts;
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects;
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written;
• Exceptional analytical, motivational, and leadership skills;
• Complex troubleshooting and problem-solving ability;
• Budgeting and planning;
• Good judgement and decision making;
• Familiarity with construction tools and technology;
• Solid mathematical and computer skills (Microsoft Office 365);
• Expected to work on project site 50% of time or more, as project demands
