We are growing and looking to hire future leaders with experience or interest in operations management.
Requirements:
- Strong data analysis skills;
- Experience with process improvement;
- Previous people management experience is an advantage;
- High level of EQ;
- Experience working in a fast paced corporate environment;
- No previous insurance/financial services industry experience is required;
- Completed tertiary qualification in one of the following : Accounting, Management, Engineering, Mathematics or similar is essential;
- CIMA or CA(SA) qualification is an advantage.
