Description :
To be responsible for several day-to-day activities within an office environment including answering phone calls, maintaining filing systems, overseeing organization of company events, data entry and a variety of front office reception tasks. Handling the mail and ensuring the office stationary storage unit is well stocked. Organising and storing paperwork and computer-based information. Booking conference and meeting room facilities.
Scheduling and attending meetings while also taking minutes
Required skills:
Communication skills. Proven written and oral communication skills. Filing. Bookkeeping. Typing. Equipment handling. Customer service skills. Research skills. Self-motivation.
The position will suit a person with knowledge/understanding of tourism and hospitality. Events management experience will be added advantage
Requirements:
A diploma in business administration or A Level with experience as an administrative assistant or office clerk or office administration.
Clean class 4 drivers license
