Position Summary

The National Strategic Information and Evaluation Officer (NSIEO) supports the Senior National Strategic Information Evaluation in all Strategic Information and evaluation (SIE) activities for FHI 360 Zimbabwe at national level. S/he supports the provincial and district SIE officers in provision of technical inputs to improve and facilitates the delivery of sound technical assistance in SIE. S/he collaborates closely with other major stakeholders in the implementation and improvement of the national SIE effort in Zimbabwe.

Qualifications and Experience

BSC/BA in demography, economics, statistics, public Health or similar degree with 3 to 5 years relevant experience in Monitoring and Evaluation in large HIV/AIDS programs at national or provincial level; Sound practical knowledge of statistics and the use of statistical software; Proven experience in project development, planning and facilitating technical training; Familiarity with Zimbabwe public sector health system and NGOs and CBOs is required; Familiarity with USAID and PEPFAR programs is required.
