Monitoring & Evaluation Officer: Diocese of Chinhoyi

Job Description
Managing and implementing performance based system to ensure that targets are met; Provide M & E support to partner institutions; Ensure that the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guidelines regarding M & E are developed and updated where necessary; Develop an overall M & E plan for the organization; Lead the process of ensuring that performance reviews are conducted regularly; Identify and document achievements and accomplishments of project indicators against set performance targets; Participate in the preparation and implementation of special studies (e.g baseline impact evaluation, midterm reviews); Ensure timely compilation of internal and external progress reports (monthly, quarterly and annually); Any other duties that may be assigned by the Project Coordinator
Job Requirements
Degree/ Diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation; Formal training in M & E will be an added advantage; Experience; Demonstrate competencies in setting up M & E systems will be an added advantage; Competency in both quantitative and qualitative research methods; Good communication and interpersonal skills, team player and able to work under minimum supervision; Good analytical and I.T. skills.
