Duties And Responsibilities Diabetes with or without Hypertension in need of insulin or already on insulin Proven experience in operational research and health system strengthening Proven ability to develop and context-adapt guidelines and protocols Knowledgeable in the M01•1 systems of Zimbabwe Ability to work and effectively communicate in English and a local language with different target audiences both in written and oral. Able to work independently, be pro-active and show initiative towards work related problems. Ability to work under pressure and in emergency cases; autonomous and highly flexible.
