Unicaf, the leading online higher education platform, seeks a motivated Marketing Officer to join our dynamic team. You'll develop and implement strategies to promote our products/services, collaborating closely with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate leads, and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

●   Execute marketing strategies to achieve objectives and maximise brand exposure

●   Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competition

●   Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns

●   Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics for data-driven decision-making and improved results

●   Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure messaging and brand consistency

●   Stay updated on industry trends and marketing innovations for continuous improvement

Requirements:

●   Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

●   Experience as a Marketing Officer or in a similar role

●   Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques

●   Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing and analytics

●   Excellent written and verbal communication skills

●   Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas

●   Analytical mindset for data interpretation and data-driven decisions

●   Strong project management skills with multitasking abilities

●   Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
