Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill in the
following positions of LECTURER/SENIOR LECTURER/ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR/PROFESSOR
that has arisen in the Department of Laboratory Diagnostic and Investigative Sciences,
Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.
VACCINOLOGY
Responsibilities
To teach both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students and be actively involved in research
activities within the Department.
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
Applicants should possess a Masters in Medical Microbiology. A Postgraduate MD,
PhD, DPhil, MRCP or equivalent will be an added advantage.
Extensive experience in Medical Bacteriology, Parasitology Vaccinology, Molecular
Biology and Immunology.
Applicants should be registerable with the Medical Laboratory and Clinical Scientists
Council of Zimbabwe.
