As a Knowledge Management and Communications Officer (KMCO), your role under the guidance of the Chief of Party extends beyond routine tasks. You'll spearhead knowledge management and communication endeavors, shaping FHI 360's knowledge strategy and creating new insights based on ongoing MNCH activities. Your mission is to capture, store, and distribute this knowledge, both internally and externally, for maximum organizational efficacy and the amplification of FHI 360's positive impact.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, international relations, communications, public health, social sciences, knowledge management). A Master's degree is a plus.
- Program Management (PM) Certification is preferred.
- Knowledge management certification and experience is advantageous.
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience with project/program management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with donor-funded international development programs in Zimbabwe.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel to implementation districts approximately 25% of the time.
