Job description / Role

On behalf of our client a leading Dubai based oil and gas operator we are looking to recruit a Junior HR Administrator. Reporting to the HR Manager you will be responsible for assuming the focal point for administration of the Manpower population within the company inclusive of Employees, Contractors and Consultants. Prepare and provide reports and statistics on a regular basis and provide support to the HR Business Partners on all their administration requirements.

Requirements

The successful candidate must be a resident of the UAE, be degree educated with consistent admin experience coupled with 1 years experience of HR, have strong knowledge of Oracle and be fluent in English.
