KEY RESULT AREAS AND ACTIVITIES/ TASKS
Bookkeeping
- Collection of accounting information
- Capturing of accounting information (bank statements, all expenses, income etc)
- Filing of client information
- Production of monthly accounts
- Production of yearly accounts
- Payroll administration for clients
- Bank, creditors, debtors and general ledger reconciliations
- Audit assistants for clients
- Updated and maintenance of the fixed asset register for clients and ensur upto date capital allowance schedule.
- Remittance of all statutory payments
- Calculation of PAYE, VAT, Income Tax
- Annual tax returns
- Yearly tax clearances for clients
- Withholding tax returns
