Requirements
1) Proven inside sales experience
2) Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day
3) Prospecting and closing skills
4) Ability to multi-task
5) Problem-solving skills
6) Experience in cash handling
7) Knowledge of using pastel system
8) Customer service acumen
9) Desire to exceed goals
10) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11) 3+ years of inside sales experience
12) At least a diploma in Sales and Marketing
13) A degree will be an added advantage.
Duties:
1) Understanding customer needs and requirements
2) Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
3) Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails
4) Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
