Matchado Consulting (Matchado) is a management consulting company specializing in business development, infrastructure development and project management. Matchado provides advisory services to clients throughout Zimbabwe and the East and Southern Africa region. Job Functions Matchado seeks to engage an intern that will work under a Lead Consultant to provide the following services: Business development (writing expressions of interest, proposals, and other procurement documents); Developing marketing strategies, processes and templates for clients; Providing management consulting services in transport planning and energy, project management/ coordination, and environmental and social impact assessments; and Other tasks related to the aforementioned services. Key Job Requirements The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s Degree and should be a recent graduate, or should have completed studies awaiting graduation. All degree holders are acceptable however preference will be given to those that studied the following: Procurement Marketing Communications/Languages Transport Planning / Engineering Economics / Finance / Accounting In addition the candidate MUST:  Be able to use MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;  Own a (decent working) laptop;  Be able to work flexible hours;  Be resident in Harare; and  Enjoy reading and writing large documents!
