We are seeking to urgently recruit an experienced and passionate Human Resources Officer to join our vibrant and dynamic organisation.
Human Resources Officer
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager
The ideal candidates should have the following person specification: -
· Degree in Human Resources Management/Social Sciences/ or related field
· IPMZ Diploma in Human Resources Management
· At least 5 years’ HR progressive experience in heavy construction, mining or heavy manufacturing.
· All rounder in all aspects of Human Resources Management
· Ability to adhere to set time frames and targets.
