Our client is a growing international organization, looking to take on a Human Resources Director to steer the HR department. The role demands solid HR knowledge, including contract formulation, labour relations, performance appraisals, disciplinary management, strategic input, recruitment – amongst others. The ideal candidate MUST have previous experience in a managerial position within the HR department, with a preference of a minimum 5 years exposure. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required.
