We are recruiting for a Human Resources Assistant to grow our client’s HR department and be solid support for the HR Manager. The ideal candidate must hold a relevant degree, an IPMZ qualification being an added advantage. Must have a minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience in either Graduate Trainee or HR Assistant (or similar) roles. Candidate must be knowledgeable in payroll calculations (any system), contract drafting and management, leave input, performance management, disciplinary handling, labour law enforcement – amongst others. Female candidate preferred.
